BALANCE BARS
The rounded surface is not to be underestimated as youhop from bar to bar and try not to fall off. The numberof bars, the configuration, and the participant’s speedwill determine the level of difficulty. This is a lowerbody and balance exercise.Difficulty: Normal

STEPS – SOFT
These foam steps are typically designed specifically foryounger ninjas, aged 7 through 12 years old, weighing 100 lbs or less (regardless of age). Each step attaches toa foam carpet base with Velcro and can be easilyadjusted quickly as needed. The steps (and other softplay elements) are intended for younger participants asa introduction to the more complicated obstacles.Difficulty: Easy

STEPS – PILLARS
These foam steps are typically designed specifically foryounger ninjas, aged 7 through 12 years old, weighing 100 lbs or less (regardless of age). ANGLE RUN
With a running or jumping start, participants must runthe length of this angled ramp. It can be used inconjunction with other components so at the end of therun participants must jump to it, such as a cargo net orrope swing. This is a lower body and balance workout.Difficulty: Normal

STEPS – ELEVATED
Participants leap in a zigzag pattern from the startingpoint to each of the steps until they reach the end. Usingcontinuous flow from start to finish is best, but lessexperienced users can take it slower by hopping to eachstep, stabilizing themselves, and then continuing to thenext one. Utilizes lower body strength and good footwork.Difficulty: Normal

CARGO TUBE NET WITH BALLS
Grab and climb the first hanging net and then navigatearound the tube, climbing as high or low up the net asdesired. Then transfer to the next one and repeat. Afterclimbing around the last net dismount by jumping orstepping down. This is an intermediate upper bodyworkout, however the longer you are entangled on thenet the harder it is on the muscles.Difficulty: Easy-Normal

ADVANCED DOORS – ADVANCED
Athletes climb from door to door gripping the side withtheir hands, and clenching the bottom of the doorbetween their feet. They must secure a hold on eachsuccessive door with their hands before advancing theirfeet and they must not touch the ground. This is anintensive upper and lower body workout based on thestyle of climbing utilized.Difficulty: Hard

JUMP TO CARGO NET
Participants must launch themselves off the angled trampoline, flying far enough across the gap, to grab ahold of the cargo net and then climb down and under itwithout touching the ground. This obstacle utilizes thelower body for the jump, and mainly upper body for theclimb.Difficulty: Normal

FLOATING BRIDGE ACRYLIC
Participants must maintain their balance as they walkacross each of the bridges. For increased difficultyparticipants may choose to avoid grabbing the ropes.This is primarily a lower body exercise, but it willengage core muscles as well.Difficulty: Easy

HANGING BUNGEE ROPES

HANGING SILKS
Train like a circus performer with these hanging silks. Participants dance across the space, grasping andwrapping with any and all appendages. This elementtests the users upper and lower body strength as well asimproves flexibility.Difficulty: Hard

RINGS – OVERHEAD INLINE
Climb sideways using the rings, moving the forwardhand to the next ring before moving the back hand. Participants can generate momentum as needed toswing far enough sideways for each transition. They may also choose to climb facing forward almost likeclimbing forward across a single overhead bar. This isan upper body workout, with some engaging of coremuscles depending on the amount of swinging.Difficulty: Normal

SEA OF POLES
Climb from pole to pole without touching the ground, or use a wedge technique to navigate through thisobstacle. Participants can stay low, or climb up higheras needed. Overall upper and lower body strength, aswell as good grip (hands and shoes) are needed for thisobstacle.Difficulty: Normal-Hard

SEA OF POLES WITH BALLS
Participants transverse this obstacle just like the “Sea of Poles”, however the added balls provide an introductory method for those with less experience. They can wedge their feet against the polls above the balls and not worry about slipping down, or they can stand on the lower balls similar to the “sea of balls” obstacle. Upper body strength, good grip, and lower body are all engaged when using this obstacle.Difficulty: Easy-Normal

SEA OF BALLS
Climb from rope to rope, holding onto the ropes orgripping the higher balls all the while using your feet togrip the lower balls and support your weight. The ropesare not attached at the bottom, and participants mayutilize the swinging motion or be ready for the addeddifficulty. This component utilizes both upper andlower body.Difficulty: Easy-Normal

SEA OF MULTIPLE RINGS
Swing through this dangling maze, placing feet in ringsand hands on rope. This obstacle is deceivinglydemanding of balance and requires participants toremain upright and moving forward under conditions ofswing and spin. This element is sure to strengthen yourupper body and balancing skills.Difficulty: Easy

SEA OF DISCS
Participants must traverse across holding the hangingropes and gripping the discs with their feet. Not alldiscs have to be used, but they must find balance andsupport, as relying on the ropes is not enough to stay offthe ground. Balance, core, and arms are the primaryfocus.Difficulty: Easy-Normal

SEA OF RINGS – LOW
Swing through this dangling maze, placing feet in ringsand hands on rope. This obstacle is deceivingly demanding of balance, requiring participants to remain up right and moving forward under conditions of swing and spin.Difficulty: Easy

SEA OF SWINGS
Participants grab the sides of the swing and then stepfrom the platform to the first swing. Then, by eithergenerating momentum or simply reaching far enoughthey must grab onto the next swing and transfer theirfeet. Then repeat for each remaining swing until theyreach the end. Requires combination of balance, lowerbody, and grip strength.Difficulty: Easy

U-ROPE WALK
Walk or run across this “bridge” of ropes. Each onedips and swings as users step across, making the fulltraverse of this element a fundamental feat of balance. This element focuses on the balance and lower bodystrength of the athlete.Difficulty: Easy-Normal
